Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the appointee will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Support and coordinate recruitment events and its logistics.
• Draft Employment Contract with compliance to HR Polices and the Company’s practice.
• Handle the full settlement of the employees onboarding preparation.
• Assist in employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities.
• Conduct background checks.
• Serve as contact person for all new employees’ enquiries.
• Maintain current and new joiners’ HR files and databases both on e-system and in paper filing.
• Maintain records of probation completion assessment and its relevant logistics.
• Support HR administration and clerical works.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline(s), preferred in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances.
• Experience in engineering and construction industry is highly preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese.
• Ability of prioritize work in sensible manner and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of mission and accountability, proactive and willing to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
