Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for continuous enhancements of Workday in conjunction with local HR users, vendors and IT;
- Support troubleshooting and change requests with local HR users to ensure efficiency in HR processes, security and data integrity;
- Acts as the primary contact point and internal support of Workday to provide supports and guidance to HR users of all locations;
- Ensure smooth data integration and interface between Workday and payroll engine;
- Develop and maintain user guides and conduct user trainings;
- Responsible for HR analytics, management reports and system audit.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources or Information Technology or equivalent;
- 4 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience in HRIS support or Workday HCM, Absence and Report Writing is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
