Job Description
My client, a sizable MNC Logistic/Forwarder company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Personal Assistant to Vice President – (30K - 40K) (5days, double pay) (urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in secretarial support to senior management in forwarder/logistics related industry or sizable MNC company
- Provide all-rounded secretarial support to Vice President;
- Mainly duties focus on business support, also need handle personal schedule e.g. flight booking, personal stuffs etc
- Excellent communication skills in English, good in French is plus
- Has Finance knowledge, P&L management, executive supports experiences is plus
- Accept travel oversea
