Due to the fast expansion of the bank, they have recently created a new headcount to support the HR team’s daily operation. They are looking for a stable and energetic HR professional to take up the role to assist with HR operation.
Job Description:
- Handle first rounds interviews and interview arrangements and logistics for the HR & line managers
- Prepare for the onboarding materials for new joiners including creating P-file on system, contract preparation and contract signing arrangement
- Manage the L&D facilitation and arrangement, including venue organising, lunches ordering, leave management etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 3-4 years of HR experience from Banking or other Financial Services firms, candidates with more experience and want a stable work life balance role are welcome to apply
- Candidates who are willing to learn and flexible are desired
- Candidates who have more years of experience and looking for a stable career are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in both writing and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
