Job descriptions:

• Assisting for documentation of IT system projects
• Perform system data updates and support service
• Perform testing of IT system projects
• Responsible for file maintenance, record keeping and system log management
• Assist in administrative functions, including but not limit to daily routines recruitment, project arrangement
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Zoom meeting with clients and internal team

Requirement:

• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT & Chinese Word Processing.
• Meticulous, strong problem-solving, risk controlling, detail-minded, good communication skill and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in IT projects is an advantage
• Knowledge in Figma is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
• Remote working is available
