Our client is one of the well-established telecommunications carriers. They are expanding their operations in the Hong Kong office and are looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the following position

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs, and sources & design solutions in alignment with the business development plan.
• Design new learning & development initiatives & deliver all kinds of online and offline training programs via different platforms.
• Handle learning administration including working with external vendors of program offerings, coordinating training venue, preparing training materials, managing pre and post-engagement of various learning programs, managing training logistics etc.
• Regularly review and improve company training program for enhancement
• Support ad hoc training & development projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Training & Development, preferably in the IT & Telecommunication industry, or a sizable company
• Experienced in planning and hosting training and development programs in overseas offices would be an advantage
• Organized, good team player, and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
