Job Duties

  • Work closely with the hiring managers and HR in order to devise and implement tailored, fit-for purpose talent acquisition approach to address future business and hiring needs.
  • Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in both current and new talent acquisition channels, including agencies, vendors, industry bodies, universities, social platforms and professional network, to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Plan and coordinate the overall interview and selection procedures as appropriate to improve the overall efficiency and ensure a positive experience for both the candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the hiring managers and HR to create and confirm job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Support and execute the overall employer branding activities and recruitment marketing to reach the targeted talent pools and attract the right candidates.
  • Organise job fairs and recruitment events (online, new generation oriented) as ambassador to build and enhance employer brand in the targeted talent markets
  • Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related SLAs and KPIs to monitor the quality of deliverable and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 8 years of TA experience required with construction/engineering field exposure
  • Recognized University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of employees
  • Experience in using online platforms such as Linkedln Talent Solutions or Google For Jobs to proactively source candidates.
  • Resourceful and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethics with high degree of integrity
