Job Description

 Overview
The Group HR Compliance, Process & Project team drives strategic programs around organization, talent, HR process and technology, to maximize Group HR’s scalability, governance and overall experience delivered to employees.
Joining as a Human Resource Assistant, you will be a core team member at the Group HR Project Management Office, to support various project management, change management and communications initiatives to leaders, managers and employees.
Your role

  • Support program management on Group-wide key, strategic human capital projects rollout and ensure programs are driven on time and on target, responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Maintain project plans, tasks and schedules
    • Estimate resource requirements and manage resource deployment
    • Support in defining deliverables and critical path
    • Document project output and deliverables
  • Support Group-wide change management activities and communications to various target audience groups, responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Draft communication messages
    • Utilize various communication platforms to reach target audiences
    • Drive change management campaigns
  • Support other project-related initiatives e.g., regular HR compliance review and documentations
 To succeed in this role
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize deadlines in a flexible multi-discipline environment
  • Results oriented and committed to deliver quality work
  • Good relationship building and communication skills
  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 1 year of working experience in Human Resources, Project / Program Management or relevant disciplines preferred
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Experience in Microsoft Project and Visio a plus
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is essential; other languages a plus
