Job Description
Our Client has a diversified business with strong market presence in FMCG food distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the General Manager and work as business partner.
- Lead and direct HR team driving to its operational objectives in Hong Kong.
- Provide a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
- Implement HR and Administration policies and provide administrative supports to other departments.
- Understand organisational behaviours and handle staff issues with relevant solutions and staff coaching.
- Assist Ad hoc projects or assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines.
- Min 8 years of all-rounded experience in HRM.
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
- Good team player with positive mindset and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS office and experienced in HRIS.
