Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
Assist in the appointments with individual or corporate clients; conduct administrative procedures
Answer clients’ general enquiries and report to managers
Work with sales team in the preparation of reports and correspondence materials
Work and communicate with internal departments to facilitate the project progress
Who is our Right Fit:
Higher diploma or above in all related disciplines
Recent graduates & IANG are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
