Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee services, staff training and staff relations
- Provide assistance to HR administration work and ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable firms
- Exposure in IPL is an advantage but not a must
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Proficient in MS Office Applications e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Meticulous and able to meet deadline
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
