Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to high-level executives
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents
• Liaise with internal departments to monitor projects’ progress and timeline in accordance to the project planning
• Provide administrative and legal support to the group and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage communication and documentation flows
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 3 years of experience in an executive support role
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Practical experience in working with Mainland colleagues
• Demonstrate detailed mindset, problem-solving skills, and affinity
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland law and different kinds of licensing systems is a plus
