• Assist in day-to-day operations of Human Resources Department including but not limited to compensation & benefits, leave management, MPF, taxation, work injury, etc.
• Maintain accurate staff information in HRIS and filing systems
• Handle staff general enquiries regarding human resources issues
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferable in sizable company
• Knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance, MPF and other related legislations is preferred
• Detail-minded, positive work attitude, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player with good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
