Job Description

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Assist the Head of Reward in developing compensation and benefits programs and strategies for employees in Hong Kong and China starting from the market practice. And provide support in communicating them effectively to the stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute annual compensation planning cycles including annual / mid-year salary review, bonus planning, benefits reviews (incl. flexible benefits), and annual market benchmarking.
  • Participate in key projects that involve reviewing and enhancing short term incentive (STI) plans including bonus/ incentive and sales commission plans, and job grading and salary structures.   
  • Work with internal HR teams (Talent acquisition, HRBP, L&D) in managing staff cost budget and forecasting, and in updating and consolidating the HR dashboard data analytics for management reviews. And continue enhance and automate the processes and formats of budget, forecast and KPI dashboard.
  • Partner with HRIS Manager in the development, enhancement of day-to-day management of SAP Success Factor to ensure data integrity and accuracy of compensation and jobs data reporting.
  • Liaise and network with external vendors and consultants in processing for retail industry salary and benefits survey reports, annual insurance renewal reviews and income tax income planning as needed.   

 Job Requirement:

  • College graduate with a bachelor or postgraduate degree in business studies, statistics, or HR.      
  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience specializing in reward management in a fast-moving working environment.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, luxury industry is a plus.
  • Good experience and knowledge in conducting salary benchmarking and projects on sales incentive / bonus plan reviews and job grading is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of HRIS system such as SAP Success Factor, Peoplesoft or Workday.
  • Numerical, analytical, attention to details and data accuracy, with a keen understanding of any aspects of the business.
  • Curious problem solver and smart learner, able to understand and address issues and learn from every situation.
