Job Description
Our client is a HK Leading medical service provider, market leader within the Healthcare industry. To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong office is currently seeking for Shipment clerk to join their operations team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Closely working in the operation team, you will be handling the documentation works including invoicing, tender, quotation and reports.
- In charge of the clerical support duties: Typing , filing and scanning .
- Maintain data base record and handling of the ad hoc tasks .
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in any discipline
- 1 year relevant working experience in shipping / admin / supply chain
- Good learning attitude is must
- Proficient in MS office and data analysis skills is an advantage
- Good communication skills and team player
