Our client is a SaaS MNC that has very strong global and APAC exposure. The company is a leading player in the industry and powered by its expertise-enabled technology platform, they enable its partners / clients to expand businesses across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are partnering exclusively with us to look for an experienced Regional Business Operations Manager to join their Regional Marketing Team.

about the job.
  • Oversee and achieve organisational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience
  • Ensure general management of APAC marketing team, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning
  • Act as primary liaison between the company and teammate providing operation information, answering questions, and responding to requests
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as creating team meeting cadence, agenda, and partner with regional/ country team on presentation content
  • Ensuring the team follow APAC Marketing protocol, get along and adapt to the team culture and communication method
  • Prepare onboarding tools, welcome new members, well-being activities and celebrations, no one will feel left out
skills & experiences required.
  • at least 5 years or above team support experience for a small to mid-size employee environment.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills..
  • Experience with social media and websites helpful.
  • Experience with CRMs a plus
