Job Description
Job Objective: This role will assist Retail Operations Supervisor on overall daily operations; responsible for providing day-to-day stock management support in SAP system, participate in different retail projects and drive operational efficiency in stores.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regular data maintenance and stock discrepancy adjustment in SAP
- Assist Supervisor to drive different retail projects
- Support Supervisor to update company SOP and guidelines
- Assist in customer service and consumable procurement process
- Provide clerical and administrative support in SAP such as Purchase Order Issuing
- Handling administrative duties and responsible for ad hoc projects independently as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder in any discipline, those with related studies will be an advantage
- Relevant experience in Retail or FMCG
- Station in Head Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
