Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • To provide a full range of secretarial support to the senior management
  • To check documents submissions for compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • To handle ad hoc tasks, prepare presentation materials and participate in other projects
  • To assist senior management handling enquiries and enhancing communication with our internal or external customers
  • Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties

Requirements :

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Solid experience in property management industry is definitely an advantage
