Job Description

Position Description:Provide an effective and efficient administration and processing service for multinational insurance programs to underwriting, accounts, claims, credit control and brokers/clients. Act as the multinational subject matter expert for the relevant line of business and proactively upskill team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementation of international insurance programs & policies of high complexity and provide recommendations on program structure, steering of implementation globally.
  • Chase and reconcile premiums globally with all relevant partners.
  • Manage and prioritize own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers including brokers/clients, Underwriting, Credit Control and Operations and attend relevant internal and external meetings.
  • Regular and extensive exchange with clients/brokers regarding all account specific matters.
  • System Super User or System Owner, representing the team in local and global as well as cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years’ working experience in market facing functions, working experience in servicing international insurance program clients would be an advantage
  • 2-5 years’ experience in corporate or specialty insurance with good understanding of insurance products and terminologies
  • 3-5 years’ experience in working in an international environment
  • University graduate or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good team player
  • Good time management skill, highly motivated, proactive, and self-starter
