Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Leasing Manager in focusing on the marketing activities of the property portfolio, with involvement in new letting, renewal, tenancy administration, and report preparation. Further duties include coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and handling enquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- University degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing
- Proactive and customer oriented
- Good interpersonal communication and marketing sense
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks
