Our client is the market leader and key player in child education (play group, pre-nursery and kindergarten).  Sizeable set up with 15 campus in Hong Kong, 600 employees, strong development in pipeline.  In preparation for the upcoming expansion, they are now invite experience candidate to join their head office as Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report to Director of Human Resources, this is a HR Generalist role to work closely with the school principal, education staff to provide all rounded support and advise to the business include recruitment strategies, labour ordinance, C&B policy review, on -boarding, employee professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in Human Resources Management
• 8 years working experience with a minimum 2 years in same capacity
• Previous working experience in education sector with in depth understanding of school operation is a must
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Energetic, agile with good problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
