We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Learning team in the Training Academy. You will report to Business Learning Manager to execute, deliver and plan learning and development programmes such as soft skills and English Language Training for HAECO Hong Kong.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver quality business learning courses and trainings to develop and upskill talent within the company
• Deliver soft skills and English Language Training by constructing and referencing training needs analysis (TNA)
• Design, update and upgrade the training materials as per need of TNA.
• Develop e-learning training programmes utilising Articule360 for deployment via LMS
• Review evaluation reports
• Design and execute team building initiatives and projects by understanding the training objectives from departments.

What You Need

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• 5 years of solid experience in learning and development functions at sizable organisations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactively seeks new ways of doing things and suggests improvement solutions
• Proactively and continuously seeks opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Recognised degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, English Language or related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS365 applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
• Experience in SCORM package development will be an advantage
