 Recruitment Associate /Recruitment Support  –  Our is Recruitment Agency 

 Responsibilities:

• Identifying candidates through networking using various methonds , online business tools such linkedin and company database .
• Screening and assessment of relevant candidates based on different role form clients.
• Support recruitment duties , selection arrangement and onboarding
• Handle all phone interview with candidates and general administration
• Cold calling the candidates and clients  
•  Assist in recruitment and interview arrangement
• Provide and assist office administration support
•  Input and update information and data (including drafting Job Description, updating candidate’s CV , formatting CV )
• Requirements:
• Degree holder or related / Diploma
• Relevant working experience 
• Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule
• Good communication skills, detail minded with high accuracy of work
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Secretary with client services experience also consider
