Job Description

The HR & Admin Manager position will a team of 3 to support 130-150 employees in Hong Kong. You will be supporting the Sales & Marketing , Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and Technology departments.

Our client is a global consumer goods brand with sales & supply chain offices in multiple locations in Asia. An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR & Admin Manager to support their operations in Hong Kong.

Description

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this position will assume overall responsibility for the HR & Administration functions in Hong Kong. You will lead a team to provide a proactive, strategic and high quality HR service focusing on a diverse range of activities including recruitment, HR operations, compensation & benefits annual exercises and employee engagement for the office of approximately 130-150 employees. You will act as the key HR advisor for the department heads, and stay close with the key stakeholders to support them with their manpower planning, budgeting, performance management and talent review. You will propose HR initiatives to better engage with the employees and implement any HR initiatives from the headquarters.

You will partner with the Finance team on the monthly payroll, and work with IT to facilitate any upgrades or changes made to their HRIS (Success Factors) .

Profile

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 12-15 years HR management experience. You will have a thorough understanding of a full range of HR issues and an in-depth and practical knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws. An energetic , personable and flexible approach will be necessary, and you must have exceptional problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for talents with MNC background, with experience working with foreigners. Our client uses SAP Success Factors for their HRIS, experience using similar systems will be preferred. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
