Job Description
- Degree / High diploma / High Certificate holder in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Construction Management
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience to the satisfaction of Building Authority
- Less than 3 years working experience will consider to be employed as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Familiar with the operation of Housing project, basic knowledge of statutory submission procedures at various construction stages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc.
- Knowledge in BIM modelling in Revit experience and 3D drafting is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and writing in English and Chinese
- Willing to work in Tseung Kwan O.
- Assist Site Agent of inspecting and checking of the works;
- Respond to queries and endorsing all relevant documents as assigned;
- Responsible to material control for the Works, such as control measures and checking mechanism for material compliance;
- Coordinate with Architect / Engineers, Consultants for drawing query and technical submission;
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, prepare shop drawings and materials submission, reports and related documents;
- Coordinate with SQCC and BSE for site works, checking delivery notes of materials, etc.
- Prepare / input for monthly report, inspection records, statutory submission, etc.
