Job Description

Role Objectives:

Support Director (Leadership & Talent Development) to develop and execute the learning agenda as well as leadership and development programs that supports Link’s transformational growth. Deliver and/or facilitate experiential learning programs and activities to optimize Linkers’ full potential and shape individual development journey.

Work Scope:

Leadership Development

  • Support development of learning solutions related to agile leadership, change and transformation.
  • Support design of programs / resources in supporting leadership multi-rater assessment, executive education and development.
  • Facilitate assessment and advise learning and development plan for managers.

Talent Assessment

  • Implement initiatives and assessments that aligns with Link’s core competencies on future talent potential.
  • Support management of organizational competency, psychometrics and assessment model for development and talent processes.
  • Assume the role of administrator advisor in supporting the customization and execution of assessment centre and providing guidance to Talent Acquisition team on assessment application.

Competencies and Digital Learning Management

  • Plan, prioritize and develop just-in-time customized learning interventions (both digital and face-to-face) that align with overall organization and functional learning needs.
  • Design and develop measures and metrics to assess the learning effectiveness of competency- based programs.

Learning Partnership

  • Support internal stakeholders specifically department heads to develop and implement function-driven learning and development programs and roadmap.
  • Partner and support HR Business Partners on the implementation of HR activities such as performance review, goal setting, on-boarding programs, internship and management associate program.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development Committee to execute a variety of training programs.

Resources Management

  • Identify and liaise with external vendors and 3rd party providers on crafting and executing of customized learning solutions ensuring appropriate content development and effectiveness of learning.
  • Support management of learning resources ad budget, identifying ways to improve cost metrics and increase maximum value from learning investment.

Skill, Technical Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of learning and organizational development methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of instructional design, learning content development and use of learning technologies
  • Excellent relationship building skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication (English and Mandarin; written and oral), facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, with ability to manage multiple streams of work, prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-pace environment.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptive with learning agility that facilitate the acquisition and application of new learning and development practices

Leadership and Management Competencies:

  • User experienced-centered: Create and maintain an environment that provides learners with focused development programs and engaging experiences. Combine experience, insight and data to determine how to best address stakeholders’ needs.
  • Planning and improvement: Develop and implement plans, practices and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure collaborative leadership to accomplish goals across functions, organization and geographies, where appropriate.
  • Judgement: Use objective business analytics to evaluate the return and risk of business choices. Analyze and integrate trends and patterns to facilitate effective solutions to address root causes of problems and business challenges.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrate resourcefulness and resilience in the face of change, obstacles and adversity. Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities with agility. Actively updates knowledge and skills to handle next complexities, challenges and responsibilities.
  • Build high performing and effective team: Identifies high performing talent, provides accelerated development opportunities and ensure direct reports to do the same. Creates and fosters an environment of objectivity, open communication and respect that attract, retain and building high performing, diverse and inclusive teams.
