Byrne, Hickman and Partners Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is looking for Clinic Receptionist to work primarily in our clinic. Kindly state your interest (applying for full time) in the cover letter.

Successful candidates would be responsible for:

• Reception duties (include greeting guests and patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries)
• General clinic administration and customer services
• Assist in clinic daily operations (include maintaining the tidiness of the clinic areas)
• Perform ad hoc project as requested
• Must be required to carry out duties as a receptionist in our other clinics, normal need working within both clinics on shift.
• Working Time: Monday to Friday & Every Saturday (Half day)

Requirements:
- F.5 / HKCEE / HKDSE or above

- To be able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience and familiarity with Clinic Solution will be an advantage

- Possession of Physiotherapist Assistant Certificate will be an advantage

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, to be able to speak and write in other language(s) will be an advantage

- Responsible, self-initiative, hard working with good interpersonal skills

- Immediate availability is preferred
