Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full reception duties including greeting clients and guests, replying telephone and email inquiries, arranging client appointments for counselling services, compiling health assessment reports and documents for clients
• Provide administrative and secretarial support including daily office administration, book-keeping and data-entry, meeting and room arrangements, office equipment procurement and maintenance
• Provide quality customer service to build and maintain good customer relationships
• Assist marketing department for mailing and event logistics
• Coordinate working procedures across departments and with external suppliers
• Undertake other miscellaneous and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Receptionist, Administration Officer, and/or Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills, with good command of both written and verbal Chinese & English
• Capable of providing high-quality customer services in any situation 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and fast word processing
• Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and mature
• High problem-solving skills, good mathematics & able to multi-task
• Immediately available is preferred
