• 會議記錄
• 每星期行政及銷售報告

要求

• HKCEE英國語文科（syl. B）grade D 或HKDSE 英國語文科 Level 3
• 良好中英文
• 香港居民
• 熟悉使用電腦、Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Zoom。

Job Description
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your duties include:

• Efficient and effective administration of Head Office
• Student sales & recruitment
• Managing student timetables, records and fees
• Arrange and conduct English assessments for new students
• manage new enquiries and communications with existing customers
• Organize meetings and take minutes
• Draft weekly administration & sales reports

Requirements

• Hardworking, self-disciplined, energetic, accountable & reliable
• Grade D / Level 3 in English Language in HKCEE (syl.B)  / HKDSE 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess a current Hong Kong identification card
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
