Responsibilities:

• Design innovative employee communications materials to raise employee’s engagement and ensure aligned messages with Company’s brand, value & strategy
• Create and review content via various communication channels, such as corporate announcement, intranet, internal newsletters, video, digitalized platform
• Support employer branding visibility through various channels including social media platforms, media exposures and external awards
• Support global employee engagement projects and reward programs including local staff activities, volunteer work and annual company events
• Enable a platform for individual voice to foster a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) workplace culture

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Language Studies or related subjects
• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Outgoing, Self-starter, willing to go extra mile to drive excellence
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong writing skills and experience in copywriting, editing and communications planning preferred
