JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team building and management

• Work together with a business leader in providing guidance and leading the junior team members to success together

Business Development

• Proactively develop potential key account
• Client Management, partner with key clients and help them in their staffing needs

Recruitment

• Engage in the full cycle of the 360 headhunting process
• Experience sourcing candidates through online job portals, resume screening, cold calling, interviewing candidates, and profiling candidates to clients
• Manage job offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Candidate management and provide advice for candidates on their career decisions

We seek individuals who are:

• Experience in executive search hiring with people management experience
• Expertise in Executive Search hirings within Any Industry with drive for success and hunger to grow in the company and building own team.
• Success-driven and have strong abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment while achieving targets
