Job Description
- Provide administration and clerical support to operations team to ensure the daily operation is running smoothly
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, quotation, invoices and deliverynotes
- AssistOperationsManagertooverseedailyoutletsoperationsaccordingtothe OperationManual
- Assist in provide training, motivating and mentoring to frontlinestaff
- Deliverandinterpretpromotionalmessagetofrontlineteam,toensure smooth communication among differentparties
- Management of the POS system (issue new product codes, price change, set promotion rulesetc.)
- Outdoorworkisneeded-regularshopvisittoperformthesuddencheck and/ bankin
- Flexibleworkplace,ifnecessary,mightneedtoreportdutyinshopwhen short ofmanpower
- Assist in quarterly &/ yearly stocktake
- Assist in ad-hoc duties asrequired.
Job Requirements:
- University fresh graduate will also beconsidered
- Certificate/Diplomaholderorabovewith atleast1yearworkingexperience, preferably in retail industry (sales & CS/ FMCG/ inventorycontrol).
- ExperiencedcandidatewhomisForm5orabovegraduate,withatleast3 years full time solid exposure in retail business will also beconsidered
- PC Knowledge in Microsoft Office (words, excel & powerpoint)
- Willingtolearn,positiveworkingattitude,organizedanddetail-mindedwith can-doattitude
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese &English
- Passion to work in NGO/ SocialEnterprise
- Interest in retail and e-commercebusiness
