With support from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, we are seeking for a high caliber person to manage JC PROcruit C Project, which aims to help the first-time job seekers who recently graduated from academic study, to integrate into the job markets.

Requirements:

• To coordinate with stakeholders including the participating employers to ensure the smooth running of the programme;
• To manage and monitor the output and outcome requirements of the programme;
• To prepare and execute publicity plans and activities to maintain good awareness of the programme in the community;
• To monitor the performance of participating employers to ensure the quality standard of the programme;
• To handle enquiries, feedbacks and complaints; and
• To handle in ad hoc duties as required and when assigned.

Main duties:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 10 years of solid experience in event planning or marketing;
• Hands-on experience in establishing contacts with clients, and handling enquiries;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; 
• A good team-player in fostering of partner relationship.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to manage complexity, work on irregular hours and outdoors.
• Sound track record in dealing with people in welfare sector.

End-of-contract gratuity will be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
