Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Follow up order delivery planning
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and documents
- Generate shipping documents from the system for delivery to overseas customers
- Handle customs declaration independently
- Follow company work procedures between ordering and accounting teams
- DSE or F.7 with English Pass and above
- Experience in using computerized trade system is an advantage, please specify if you had used NAV
- The position is open for both fresh graduate and experienced shipping clerk
- Responsible, Well-organised, Attentive, Team Player
- Stable being in the office to handle documents
- Good communication skills with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
