Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management
• Participate in full employee life cycle such as hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
• Assist in development, formulation & implementation of HR strategies & policies
• Manage daily HR operations including but not limit to maintaining leave and attendance record
• Responsible for office administrative and operations support
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Human Resources and Administration experience
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese inputting method
• Good command of spoken & written English, Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Experience in technology / construction / engineering industry is definitely an advantage
• Attentive to details and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, positive and energetic
• Fast learner and willing to hands on, result oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available will be an advantage
