• Responsible for office administration including company assets control; equipment maintenance, office supply, maintain office tidiness, etc.;
• Perform general administration including data-entry, scanning, filing, mailing, arrange courier, arrange company activities, etc.;
• Prepare monthly report for management review;
• Other administration support of Head Office.

• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS windows applications i.e. MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
• Self-motivated with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
