Job Description
Our client is a leader of financial printing and investment data solution company with strong presence in Global. They are now looking for a Sales Support Admin to join the company to discharges all the administrative and clerical work for Sales Department.
Job Description
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and sales quotations
• Assist sales to issue or discuss cost reports and invoices to clients
• Attend to clients’ calls and requests and follow up with clients for job-related matters
• Liaise with other teams on billing issues, printing schedules and cost calculations
Requirement
• University graduate or tertiary educated background
•With more experience will consider as a Senior Sale Support Specialist
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Attention to details, preferably good at mathematics calculations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
