To provide all-rounded HR support including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide professional recruitment support to ensure efficient and effective talent attraction and acquisition
• Assist the on/off boarding arrangements to ensure positive employee experience
• Formulate data analysis and HR reports to facilitate HR decisions
• Comply any requirements and practices that help facilitate HR execution including expats management such as work visa applications
• Participate in any ad-hoc HR assignments including employee wellness activities

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in HR management, T&D or related disciplines
• At least 3 years HR experience in a fast-paced organization with focus on talent acquisition a definite advantage
• Passionate in cultivating a positive work environment by organizing various employee wellness activities and events
• Efficient execution, proactive and dynamic team player
• With strong interpersonal skills be able to work with different levels of staff
• Good communication both in written & spoken English & Chinese
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
