• Job posting through various recruiting channels
• Arrange and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
• Handle HR administration works includes HR systems maintenance, staff records, leave records, letters preparation, and filing.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 
 Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines or with one year of solid experience in HR function
• Knowledge in HK employment related ordinances
• Responsible, ability to work at fast paced environment and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized, self-motivated, multi-tasked, meticulous and detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available will be highly advantageous
