Responsibilities:

• Handle car booking requests and arrange license renewal of the vehicles
• Handle corporate travel services in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assist to manage various administration services, including domestic cargo transportation, shuttle bus, uniform and laundry
• Assist in issuing RFQ / tender for the relevant services
• Handle purchase orders and arrange payments
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of working experience in administration field
• Hands on experience in corporate travel services and general administration support
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, meticulous and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
