Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment events, such as career talk, job fair, cooperation with academic institutions
• Assist in 360 recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, interview co-ordination and conduction for general staff
• Support in HR project, fully utilize & explore all direct sources of talent, e.g. job fair, social media, employee referrals, market research and other innovation channels
• Data management including data input and updating record
• Prepare HR reports and analytics
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements :

• Degree holder in any disciplines, majoring in HRM would be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sizable organization
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice
• Analytical, innovative, able to manage multiple projects & change at fast pace
• Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
• Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Immediate available is preferred
