Your role

• Provide effective communication with internal business partners on service quality commitment and operational support
• Support sales channels and achieve the performance indicators
• Act as the interface for customer and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, service enquiries and applications
• Undertake minor projects and assignments independently
• Follow the pre-set procedures and workflows; complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner.
• Process Mobile Service order (Order vetting) with the Order Management System and conform to requirements, policies, guidelines, credit check and procedures

To succeed in this role

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or equivalent with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Experience in telecommunication industry is a plus
• Pro-active, responsible, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well organized and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
