We are currently recruiting for various Associate Consultants to work with some of our teams (IT / Technology, Contracting, Private Banking, Sales, Marketing and Communications) with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below:

Our Associate Consultants are the backbone of our candidate sourcing resource. Whilst our consultants are trained to find, engage and screen candidates, our research specialists enable us to drill down on specialist, niche or geographically diverse projects and bring another layer of market insight to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial targets relative to your grade
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of effective candidate sourcing and management skills
• Be an exceptional system user, maximising the capability and benefit of all tools at your disposal
• Ensure CG processes and data management requirements are exceeded
• Manage projects against key milestones and deadlines and confidently flag issues early
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business

Expectations:

• Proven research skills with the ability to use both primary and secondary methods of identifying candidates
