Job Responsibilities:

•         Support the administrative work of the department including data center and IT specific tasks
•         Coordinate project management and carry out various administrative works including management of office supplies and fixed assets
•         Manage business travel arrangement including supervising company driver and vehicle
•         Maintain close contact with Head Office for regular and ad hoc reporting and implementation of new policies

Requirements：

•         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
•         1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
•         Proficient in MS applications, SQL, and various commonly used PC hardware/software
•         Familiar with IT infrastructure and with knowledge in Cisco and SAP system will be advantage
•         Excellent writing skills, with clear logical thinking and good communication skills
•         Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
