Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Group HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and employee relations;
• Assist the manager to review and update human resources policies and procedures in compliance with the company guidelines and local Employment Ordinance;
• Renew insurances and license in compliance with updated regulatory requirements;
• Perform general HR administration duties and prepare routine HR reports;
• Maintain good HR records for employees and monitor HRIS performances;
• Organize Group events and activities for employee relationship building;
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder;
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations;
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer position.
