Responsibilities:

• provide administrative and clerical support for Registry’s core services, including student recruitment and admissions;
• assist in the implementation of large-scale student recruitment and academic events, such as the University Information day, Convocation for New Students, Graduation Ceremony, etc;
• assist in the preparation of internal and external meeting documents; and
• answer general enquiries and maintain Registry website.

Applicants should:

• possess a recognized degree;
• have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• have good computer literacy, including Chinese word processing and publishing software;
• be a good team player and quick learner;
• be pleasant with strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• be willing to work in flexible hours, if required.
