- Determining customer requirements and proposing catering options.
- Negotiating prices and preparing meticulous catering order forms.
- First point of contact with client
- Devolving Relationships between corporate & individual clients.
- Tracking catering expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering services.
- Business development
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing or business management would be advantageous
- 2-3 years experience in sales or catering management would be preferred
- New graduates will be considered
- Ability to coordinate catering requirements with clients & team
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent written & spoken English is a must ( other languages is an added bonus)
- Good understanding of fine dining & wine is a bonus
- Strong personality can deal with criticism & complaints
- Excellent Time management & organisation skills
- Independent
