Job Description

Role Overview:

Our client is a reputation organisation, which is in Education field and now is seeking for an Assistant Reward Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key driver in reward related works, such as compensation simulation and budgeting, salary bench marking and structures, benefits review and survey
  • Handle compensation related processes, also salary review, performance management and benefits policy renewal;
  • Involve in the job analysis and evaluation process and related projects
  • Participate in the redesign of performance management process and system
  • Review and update C&B related policies & initiatives to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Provide reports and data analysis to support the planning and implementation of HR policies, processes and best practices related to rewards

Requirements:

  • University graduate in the subject of HR management, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with compensation & benefit revamp exposure
  • Understanding of rewards processes
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong technical skills in advanced Excel (formula & conditional formatting);
  • Highly customer oriented and able to drive changes and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR operations in the tertiary education sector would be an added advantage
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
