We are currently recruiting for a Principal Consultant to work with our Commerce Finance team focusing on strategy consulting, transformation, change, risk, and program management, with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below:

Once at Principal Consultant level within our business, you should have the ability to operate independently in making internal connections, leveraging resources and building new business opportunities to deliver consistent financial results.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial targets relative to your grade
• Lead from the front and by example in client engagement and business development
• Demonstrate advanced candidate sourcing and management skills
• Ensure CG processes and data management requirements are well executed
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business
• Operate as a role-model for less-experienced team members

Expectations:

• Proven ability to generate new business - strong business development skills.
• Effective account management skills, working with both small and large organisations to build sustainable partnerships
• A track-record of recruitment achievement in the Commerce Finance sector, ideally with strategy consulting recruitment experience, if not, relevant finance accounting experience with willingness and determination to build on the consulting sector. The ideal candidate must have delivered consistent and meaningful financial results
• Seasoned professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset and detailed operational skills, a team-player.
• A naturally positive and resilient approach to work and life
• Language requirements: Must be fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Consultants.
