Responsibilities:

• assist in checking and answering enquiries on health declaration for campus entry requirements;
• follow up on invalid health declaration;
• prepare relevant reports; and
• perform general administrative duties of the Office as required.

Applicants should:

• possess an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma qualification or equivalent;
• have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• have good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Processing; and
• have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
